2.1 Product Availability – We strive to ensure accurate stock levels but do not guarantee product availability.

2.2 Pricing & Payment – Prices are displayed in INR (for India) and USD (for international customers). Payment options currently include credit/debit cards and working on to introduce UPI and PayPal (for international orders).

2.3 Order Cancellation – Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Locations – We ship across India and internationally. Shipping charges vary based on location.

3.2 Delivery Timeframes – Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days within India and 7-15 business days internationally.

3.3 Customs & Duties – International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.

5. User Conduct & Restrictions

5.1 Prohibited Activities – You may not use our Platform for fraudulent transactions, data scraping, or distributing harmful software.

5.2 Intellectual Property – All content, including images and designs, is owned by Urbantwill and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Liability & Dispute Resolution

6.1 Limitation of Liability – We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our Platform.

6.2 Governing Law – These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

6.3 Dispute Resolution – Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
